Here’s the plan
Slice up the sourdough loaf and select some of our delicious jars of goodness, some cured meats, crunchy crudites, and crispy lettuce leaves.
Invite some friends over, crack a bottle of vino, find a sunny spot in your garden – and chill!
Make it happen
How about a ham and salad sourdough slider – with mustard, mayonnaise, relish or chutney?
Or make it vegetarian with your favourite roasted vegetables, complemented by a Beetroot Relish, Caramelised Balsamic Onions, or an Eggplant & Chilli Chutney?
Make a sourdough bruscetta with Balsamic Salad Splash as your base oil (rather than just Virgin Olive Oil) – it’s seriously yum!
Slice some rare steak and layer on your slice of sourdough, with caramelised balsamic onions and some baby spinach leaves.
Don’t be fickle – try our Piccalilli Pickle with warmed corned beef as part of a ploughman’s lunch.
