Customer Return and Refund Policy

All orders are subject to stock availability.  If stock is not available, we offer a full refund or,
upon notification to the purchaser, we will dispatch the goods expediently that they become
available.
As part of our Customer Service commitment, Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods will refund or
exchange where:

  • the incorrect items are delivered (provided the items have not been opened or
    tampered with and are in re-saleable condition); or
  • the item is deemed defective; or
  • the item is damaged in transit

Notification must be received within 3 days of receipt of items with any supporting
photographic evidence, best before details, product description and detailed reason for the
claim. Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods may also request that the goods be returned with all its
original packaging so as to validate the claim. Please do not throw out damaged items until
authorisation to do so has been given.
If Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods evaluates the assessment details provided by the customer
and deems that the goods are defective or damaged, then we will issue full replacement of
goods or alternately will refund the original product price via the original method of payment.
No refund or exchange will be given for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in a re-saleable
    condition
  • Incorrect orders made by the recipient
