- 60ml Yarra Valley Preserves Traditional Apple Sauce
- 60ml brandy
- 30ml vodka
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Juice of ½ lime
- 20 ice cubes
- Dry ginger beer, to top up
- Small apple halves and cinnamon sticks, to decorate
- Combine apple sauce, brandy, vodka, cinnamon, lime juice and ice cubes in a blender and blitz until the ice is finely crushed.
- Divide between 2 glasses. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with an apple half and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
