Pine Ridge…..the future home of YVGF!

The trees are down and the greenhouse build has commenced!

Our planning permit to manufacture will be conditional on us growing produce, so we have planted an orchard of 200 trees (50 each of lemons, limes, crabapples and quinces) which will take a while to bear the required levels of fruit that we need.

The installation of a greenhouse ensures our food security in the guarantee of a raw material supply. We will grow the majority of requirements for our food production, namely red and green tomatoes, cauliflower, zucchini, capsicum, horseradish and eggplant, as well as all our herb needs in the form of rosemary, basil, lemongrass, and mint, etc.
