Our kitchen team shares my dream of perfecting flavour that is not only inspired by home-grown freshness, but that also celebrates supporting our local farmers and primary producers across the Yarra Valley and throughout Victoria (wherever possible).

Our three fabulous Chefs (Chris, Jason and Matt) test and taste, refine our recipes, and continually explore new combinations to create Jams, Jellies, Salad Splashes, Chutneys, Relishes, Pickles, Mustards and Sauces – and all but eight of our products are Gluten Free. We continually thrive on developing new ideas and products that make everyday meal preparation and entertaining easy.
