Mike Patrick and Kent Bell made the move in 2016 to a permanent 100 seater restaurant at the top end of Bourke St in Melbourne’s CBD. Fancy Hank’s is ‘the’ smoke house everyone seeks out, serving more smoked brisket and ribs than any other joint in the city, if not Australia.
