Starter

PRAWN SALAD

~ Mixed lettuce, shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, cherry tomato, sesame seeds and fresh prawns.
~ Throw it all together and drizzle with Honeyed Orange & Sesame Salad Splash.

Main

PORK ROLLS

~ Pork schnitzel laid and cut flat.
~ Place half a piece of bacon on the port and smear with 1 TBSP of cream cheese on the bacon
~ Place two Prunes in Premium Port on top of the cream cheese.
~ Wrap pork up around prunes making sure to fold the ends up as well. Secure with toothpicks.
~ Lightly fry in hot pan then place in a hot oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.
~ Serve with mashed potato, a selection of steamed green vegetables and gravy.

Dessert

ORANGE CREAM CARAMEL

Milk750ml
Vanilla1 tsp
Eggs6
Sugar90gr

~ Place milk in pot and heat gently until boiling.
~ Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
~ Add milk to egg mix and stir

Caramel

Sugar110gr
Water2 tbsp

~ Prepare Caramel – Dissolve sugar in water and heat until pale amber then pour into a log tin.
~ Open jar of Orange in Countreau, lay slices of oranges into caramel.
~ Gently pour in the egg mix.
~ Stand log tin in a water bath and bake at 180C for 30-45 minutes until set.
~ Can be served hot or cold.
