Eye watering! Two key ingredients, chillies and Tabasco sauce, make this mustard very hot. Use as an accompaniment to steak, hamburgers and hot dogs. Combine 1/2 cup mustard with olive oil to make a marinade for poultry, pork or beef. Whisk 1 tablespoon with 1/3 cup sour cream and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to create a mustard dressing.
