Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods has been manufacturing the Yarra Valley Preserves brand of salad dressings, vinegars, jams, jellies, mustards, cordials, chutneys and alcoholic fruits for over 20 years. Our Mad Dog brand of chilli based products was released in August last year and, most recently, our Yarra Valley Larder range of infused oils has just been launched.
